Mizzou Marketing seeks a graphic designer to join our creative team! This person will play a vital role in the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of our multi-channel campaign work and brand collateral. The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated and experienced designer who also thrives in a collaborative team environment. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing a variety of creative materials, including print collateral, digital advertising, out-of-home advertising, environmental branding, and executive presentations. You will work closely with the creative team led by the Associate Director of Creative Strategy to ensure that all assets and deliverables align with the university's brand guidelines and project objectives. In this role, you will be expected to maintain brand integrity and recognition by ensuring consistent application of the university's brand guidelines across all designs. You will also be responsible for reviewing design deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. Staying updated with design and higher education industry trends, tools, and technologies will be crucial for enhancing your skills and bringing fresh ideas to the team. The position operates on a standard schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.
