  • Visually translate our brand into impactful digital and print assets.
  • Enhance our marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, advertisements, product packaging, and trade show graphics.
  • Serve as one of the primary guardians of the DECKED visual identity, ensuring consistency across channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with creative partners, marketing, product and sales partners to deliver on-brand creative solutions.
  • Develop detailed visual concepts and present ideas confidently in team meetings.
  • Design a wide range of assets, including social media graphics, ads, email templates, trade show displays, packaging, and print collateral.
  • Manage and maintain the visual content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Plan and execute creative concepts for events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Monitor project budgets to keep all creative work within scope and financially aligned with brand objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in graphic design, preferably in an agency, branding or in-house marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Self-directed, innovative, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Additional experience in motion graphics (and associated software) a big plus.
  • Passion for outdoor and rugged brands, with an appreciation for high-quality, durable goods.
