About The Position

RUDE Cosmetics is seeking a Visual Marketing/Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing makeup company. The role focuses on creating original and unique packaging designs, marketing materials, and promotional items that align with the brand's vibrant image. The ideal candidate will work closely with a small design team and must possess intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet project deadlines
• Precise attention to detail
• Strong proofreading ability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience with graphic design for beauty company preferred

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of makeup brands, trends, and function and use of makeup
• Experience in photography (2 years preferred)
• Experience with 3D Rendering software

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality and innovative marketing material
• Create & manage production ready artwork for promotional printing & product mock ups
• Packaging design, use of dyeline
• 3D Rendering of products
• Ensure all designs are cohesive and align with the brand's image
• Jump in whenever and wherever is needed
