About The Position
Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Graphic Designer to provide graphic design support to a regional marketing team supporting business development, property marketing and brand activation across multiple markets throughout the Northeast & Midwest. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a wide range of marketing materials—including presentations, flyers, email campaigns, and amenity maps—ensuring all creative work aligns with the company’s brand identity and visual standards. The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of fundamental graphic design principles and exhibits a discerning eye for creating visually compelling and effective designs. They demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, a collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork, and a consistently professional and approachable demeanor. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.
