The Graphic Designer conceptualizes and designs an array of content/materials that meet the business objectives of the organization and reflect the Jabil brand. This role will support the needs of our sales/marketing teams and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience with digital and print.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience
  • Must be Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and PowerPoint
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Portfolio required
  • Exceptional organizational and file management skills
  • Detail- and process-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of current print, web/digital and design trends
  • Positive and enthusiastic with a drive for continuous learning and skill development
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change
  • Ability to be a positive contributor within dynamic team environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong conceptual and creative skills and commitment to customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Applies corporate brand guidelines and creativity to create compelling materials/graphics for print (everything from collateral to tradeshow booths) and digital (web graphics, digital ads, interactive screens, etc.)
  • Demonstrates a high degree of creativity through the understanding of design principles including typography, color, images, and composition for effective design solutions and strategy.
  • Takes initiative and recommends solutions that accommodate technical requirements/limitations. Handles multiple timelines, various design projects, and tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Handles projects with varying degrees of input.
  • Works closely with other teams, such as Sales Enablement, Business Marketing, and Enterprise Marketing and Communications, and effectively translates feedback and inputs into exceptional creative design.
  • Collaborates and engages with designers and developers from our in-house team and external agencies.
  • Commits to continuous learning by seeking, sharing, and applying best practices, along with industry examples and team feedback.
