About The Position

Weâre seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a solid foundation in marketing to join our team. In this role, youâll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, and will be responsible for developing various visual assets that resonate with our audience while maintaining our brandâs voice and vision. This includes contributing to our visual content creation, including catalog design, flyer & mailer design, and creating digital graphics. Requirements

Able to clearly communicate Bee Green's Mission & Core Values in all branding, content, and company communications
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of graphic design work.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Design and produce visual materials for marketing campaigns, digital advertisements, social media, and print materials.
Work closely with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all graphic materials.
Manage the entire design process from concept to final production, including pre-press processes and coordination with print vendors.
Ensure all designs meet quality and brand standards as well as budget and timeline constraints.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design and print technologies to continually enhance our offerings.
Use in-house printing equipment to print signage and printing equipment.
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
