About The Position

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials to support an award-winning national team of commercial real estate brokers. The ideal candidate will be responsible to design high-quality marketing pieces including offering memorandums (OMs), proposals, flyers, track records and custom projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or fine arts preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency, corporation, or small business
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong portfolio showcasing layout design and photo retouching skills
• Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle constructive feedback
• Positive attitude, self-starter and strong problem-solving skills
• Online portfolio required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PowerPoint and Canva is a plus
• Commercial real estate experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Create and produce marketing communications pieces for internal clients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure visual materials align with broker strategy
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy
