About The Position

Essity Health and Medical is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to support our commercial organization in Charlotte, NC. The Graphic Designer role will be instrumental in driving the visual identity and brand presence of Essity's brands. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design projects that align with our strategic marketing objectives and enhance customer engagement. Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the healthcare or consumer goods industry.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Branding Knowledge: Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Design Execution: Develop and execute graphic design projects ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and sales, to create cohesive and impactful visual content.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms, including digital, print, and packaging.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, tracking work through Asana, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Innovation: Stay abreast of Essity global trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to keep our brands at the forefront of the market.
