Working closely with the creative, production, and product development teams, the designer ensures that all artwork meets brand standards while appealing to sports fans and collectors. They must be comfortable working on both high-volume templated projects and one-of-a-kind custom pieces. In addition, the designer contributes to streamlining design workflows, preparing files for production, and ensuring that all deliverables are optimized for print and digital platforms.
