About The Position

Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking a graphic/interactive media designer to support the development of training products for government and commercial clients. What You Will Be Doing : You’ll work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team to develop graphics and media for training products. Tasking may include developing graphics/media elements from scratch based on written guidance and/or a rough sketch provided by a Subject Matter Expert or modifying/enhancing existing images, animation and video obtained through secondary sources. Your tasking may also include creating animations and interactive elements of varying levels of complexity to enhance static graphics you develop or that are created by other designers. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e., Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Design, etc.) with 2 years of experience OR Associate’s Degree in a related field with 4 years of related experience.
  • Expertise using Adobe Animate and/or creating interactive content using JavaScript and CreateJS libraries.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for U.S. Government SECRET security clearance.
  • Obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance involves a comprehensive background check. Candidates are eligible for a clearance if they have demonstrated sound financial management (including good credit) over time, are free of criminal records, have limited foreign contacts or ties, and other factors indicative of a position of trust to protect information sensitive to the U.S. Government.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in editing video content with Adobe Premiere or similar tools.
  • Advanced competency using Adobe Creative Suite tools or other tools such as Lottie, Rive, WebGL.
  • Experience developing media for training content.
  • Ability to create 3D models using tools like 3DSMAX, Maya, Blender.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline/360 and/or other courseware authoring tools.
