About The Position

The Graphic Designer creates clear, compelling, and brand-consistent marketing materials across digital and print channels to support business development, customer engagement, and corporate initiatives. This role designs content for social media, email, web, presentations, and print collateral, while ensuring all materials align with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and mortgage industry compliance expectations. The Graphic Designer partners with Marketing, Sales, and Compliance to translate campaign goals into effective visual communications and support timely, accurate execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of graphic design experience, preferably in a regulated or fast-paced industry
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Canva experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of design best practices for social media, email marketing, web, and print production
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of marketing compliance requirements; mortgage, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM or marketing platforms, such as Total Expert, is a plus
  • Basic video, animation, or motion graphics experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce brand-consistent marketing materials for digital and print use
  • Create assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, landing pages, presentations, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials
  • Translate creative briefs, campaign goals, and business needs into effective visual designs
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Compliance to ensure materials are accurate, approved, and aligned with company and regulatory standards
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets, templates, and visual communications
  • Prepare and adapt artwork for multiple channels, formats, and audience needs
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines
  • Review materials for quality, formatting, accuracy, and compliance before publication or distribution
  • Update and organize design files, templates, and digital assets
  • Upload and manage approved materials in CRM, marketing, or content management systems, as needed
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and participate in creative review processes
  • Stay current on design trends, platform requirements, and marketing best practices
  • Support basic motion graphics, video, or multimedia projects, as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
