About The Position

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our cutting-edge Creative Team. You will contribute to product design, graphic development, concept ideation, merchandising collections, and the creation of compelling company presentation materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Illustration, Communication Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong passion for music, fashion, design, and cultural trends.
  • Solid understanding of screen printing processes and production requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and brand management.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Creating original, standout designs for Manhead’s diverse artist roster across a wide range of styles, including graphic, illustrative, photographic, vintage-inspired, contemporary, streetwear, and typography-driven aesthetics.
  • Designing unique graphics for Retail, Tour, eCommerce, and VIP merchandise for artists spanning multiple genres.
  • Developing apparel products using original artwork, client-provided assets, and freelancer submissions—grounded in trend research, brand direction, and fan demographic insights.
  • Crafting logos, branding elements, and visual motifs for artists, bands, and broader company initiatives.
  • Curating polished, tailored presentations for internal and client-facing use.
  • Producing apparel and accessory mockups incorporating innovative dye techniques, fabrication knowledge, and print applications.
  • Supporting the design workflow through research, reference gathering, and the creation of creative briefs.
  • Designing and updating company decks, retail pitch materials, and merchandising presentations.
  • Conceptualizing and refining brand guides, style guidelines, and visual mood boards.
  • Creating production-ready templates for new products, including neck labels, woven tags, hang tags, and packaging.
  • Collaborating with the product development team to ensure design best practices are upheld.
  • Assisting the Creative Director with ideation and creative problem-solving.
  • Staying informed on current fashion, music, and graphic design trends.
  • Managing daily and weekly priorities to consistently meet project deadlines.
  • Assisting the Art Coordinator with timely press proofs
