About The Position

Join our collaborative marketing team as a Graphic Designer, supporting corporate branding and marketing initiatives through creative and impactful design solutions. This role plays an important part in producing high-quality visual materials that support our brand presence and real estate services. Working closely with team members across departments, you will bring concepts to life through compelling graphics, ensuring consistency with company standards and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in real estate, professional services, or a corporate setting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work
  • Basic understanding of print production processes and digital media standards
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior team members

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and maintaining branded materials including signage, business cards, flyers, and digital collateral
  • Support the organization and maintenance of the company’s digital asset library
  • Ensure all materials align with corporate branding standards and guideline
  • Design offering memorandums (OMs), brochures, proposals, and presentations under the direction of senior team members
  • Collaborate with marketing, brokerage, and research teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs
  • Provide creative solutions to enhance the quality and impact of marketing materials
  • Develop digital assets for web, email, and social media campaigns
  • Assist in updating visual content for the company website and other online platforms
  • Support internal teams with branded design materials for recruitment, events, and company-wide initiatives
  • Partner with colleagues to execute design projects on time and with attention to detail
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by sharing ideas and supporting cross-functional efforts
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs and contribute to team success.
