About The Position

The Bridge Church is a multisite church in Middle Tennessee that exists to be with Jesus and become like Him for the sake of the world. We are located in a growing community with a passion to reach our cities with the gospel. This has created a need for a Content Designer who will think proactively, inventively, and collaboratively to develop content that reaches and disciples others. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for three key areas: Designing — Completing design projects from conception to completion. Resourcing — Resourcing our teams with creative assets and templates. Editing — Replicating The Bridge photography guide by editing weekly service and event photos.

Requirements

• Strong and growing personal commitment to Jesus Christ
• Strong relational capacity that others want to work with, and great communication skills
• Minimum five years of experience as a high capacity Graphic Designer and minimum one year in photography
• Detail-oriented, consistently reviewing basic edits of designs so that they’re ready for review
• Strong time management, and ability to get final projects in by due date

Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print, digital, services, social media, and other marketing outlets that captures the style of The Bridge and helps spread the Gospel message.
• Execute creative direction for the church as well as brand guidelines while working to protect them across departments and projects.
• Build templates that equip staff to execute creative projects independently with excellence.
• Anticipate content needs for upcoming services, events, or goals of the church while brainstorming creative ways to cast the vision and message of The Bridge.
• Editing photos from various weekend services and events, and uploading them in a timely fashion.
