About The Position

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and bringing ideas to life through compelling design. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across print and digital platforms that reflects our brand identity, connects with our audience, and supports our marketing goals. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other departments to deliver creative solutions, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across print and digital formats
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or similar
  • Knowledge of current design trends, digital platforms, and branding principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus
  • Familiarity or interest in AI tools and automation in the creative process is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality visual designs for a wide range of assets including advertisements, flyers, posters, banners, signage, merchandise, presentations, and other branded materials
  • Support ongoing menu design needs, including the creation of new layouts, modifications, seasonal updates, and promotional inserts
  • Ensure all visual output aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains consistency in tone, color, typography, and messaging
  • Design and schedule social media graphics for the company and related brands that capture attention and drive engagement
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce eye-catching visuals for online campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Assist in video creation and editing, including motion graphics, reels, stories, and promotional content
  • Every Wednesday is dedicated to Special Projects—a time to focus on creative innovation, skill development, high-impact initiatives, and long-term design strategies
  • Explore new trends, tools, and AI-based technologies that can improve workflow, creativity, and output quality
  • Bring fresh, original design concepts to the table, pushing creative boundaries and experimenting with new formats and mediums
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver assets that meet objectives
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and strategy discussions
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, transparency, and continuous learning
  • Share design knowledge and best practices through cross-training and informal teaching sessions with team members
