As a Graphic Designer on the JLL Creative team, this role will design and develop pitch and pursuit materials for our leasing business. This role is digital-focused and will be responsible for creating highly engaging interactive presentations using InDesign animations and publish online tools. Additional deliverables can include brochures, infographics, sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and innovative print and proposal collateral. The individual in this position will partner with and understand the business to deliver new and unique sales support tools that not only meet business needs but also test the boundaries. They must understand the strategy, audience, and objectives behind more complex design projects, provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction, and above all – want to win business for JLL. The graphic designer may partner virtually with teams located around the country; comfort with virtual working arrangements is required. The position requires the individual to work with and manage a variety of team contributors including pitch/proposal managers, stakeholders/clients, as well as providing art direction for other design teammates and nearshore/offshore resources. Experience working for sales/pursuits teams is highly preferred. Real estate experience is not essential; however, experience working within a corporate environment will be very beneficial. This role reports to the Art Director and is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in office.
