About The Position

The Designer supports Telemundo Marketing & Creative Strategy by conceptualizing, designing, and animating visual assets and campaign packages. This role plays a key part in developing compelling, cross-platform creative that elevates the brand and engages audiences.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience at a network or broadcast design agency.
  • Strong motion design and graphic design skills with a high level of creativity.
  • Proven experience in both motion design and concepting/development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects),Cinema 4D.
  • Solid understanding of design implementation across 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional sense of layout, typography, and visual composition.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design and animation capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice, including weekends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the greater Miami, FL area.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must be covered by NBCUniversal’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including on-air graphics, special campaigns, and fully animated packages.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, producers, editors, and creative directors to develop and execute campaign visuals.
  • Contribute across all phases of production—from concept development and storyboarding to final execution and delivery.
  • Help bridge key art, motion design, and social media to create cohesive, 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, ideation, and pitches to develop innovative creative solutions.
  • Partner with external agencies, freelance creatives, and vendors to support project execution.
  • Work with project managers and producers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of final assets, including retouching, rendering, toolkits, and style guides.
  • Maintain high creative standards through detail-oriented quality control.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Design Manager.
