About The Position

The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging designs to enhance our brand identity and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong creativity, and proficiency in graphic design software. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop various marketing materials, including print and digital assets, to effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer.
  • Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
  • Understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across various design projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify and achieve targeted goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to work well with a range of individuals
  • Ability to prioritize various tasks
  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers and coworkers alike to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively respond to inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Excellent attention to detail, professional demeanor, and a positive ‘can do’ attitude

Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, signage, and print advertisements, to promote our vehicles, services, and special promotions.
  • Develop digital assets for online marketing campaigns, including website graphics, social media posts, email newsletters, digital ads, and multimedia presentations, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring that all designs reflect the dealership's brand identity, values, and messaging.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, brainstorm creative ideas, and translate concepts into compelling visual designs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure the quality and timely production of marketing materials.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and automotive marketing to continually improve the effectiveness of our designs.
  • Assist with other design-related projects and tasks as needed to support the marketing team and dealership operations.
  • Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
