About The Position

We are looking for a versatile, Graphic & Web Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across a true omni-channel environment, from high-performing web layouts and social media assets to professional print materials. The ideal candidate balances digital innovation with technical print proficiency to ensure a seamless brand experience across every medium.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional design experience in an in-house or agency setting.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Print Proficiency: Deep understanding of typography, grid systems and technical print requirements (pre-flight, color separation and formatting).
  • Social Media Savvy: A strong portfolio demonstrating success in creating graphics specifically for social media engagement.
  • Web Fundamentals: Proficiency in UI/UX principles and a solid understanding of mobile-first design.
  • Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or Webflow.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain modern, user-friendly website layouts and landing pages that align with brand standards.
  • Create high-converting digital assets including email templates, web banners and interactive display ads.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and optimal mobile responsiveness.
  • Develop platform-specific graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok (static posts, Stories and Reels).
  • Stay current on social media design trends and platform requirements to ensure all assets are optimized for performance.
  • Translate complex ideas into digestible visual stories such as infographics and carousels.
  • Lead the design and production of physical collateral including brochures, flyers, event signage and business stationery.
  • Manage the full print production process, including preparing press-ready files with accurate bleeds, crops and color profiles (CMYK).
  • Coordinate with external print vendors to select paper stocks, finishes and ensure high-quality final output.
  • Ensure all creative output maintains a consistent brand voice, color palette and typography across digital and physical channels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, moving from conceptual brainstorming to final production with high attention to detail.
