About The Position

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing creative and impactful visual designs that support the sales team and elevate company-wide initiatives. In this role, you will manage multiple design projects with careful attention to detail, creating custom signage, graphics, and event décor that bring each client’s vision to life. You will design for a diverse portfolio of live events—including weddings, mitzvahs, galas, fundraisers, corporate events, and private celebrations, playing a key role in shaping the visual identity of each experience. Working closely with sales, production, and cross-functional design teams, you will translate concepts into cohesive, production-ready designs that are both visually compelling and flawlessly executed. This position also supports the organization and maintenance of department workflows, supplies, and equipment, ensuring a seamless creative process from concept through installation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design (BFA/BS) or equivalent 3–5 years of professional design experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac environment)
  • Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with large-scale or environmental/event design is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design impactful event graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Develop custom signage, décor graphics, branding elements, and visual assets for live events
  • Translate client visions into cohesive, high-quality visual designs
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to bring event concepts to life
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Prepare production-ready files, layouts, pull sheets, and installation instructions
  • Maintain organized project files and support efficient workflow across departments
  • Participate in creative meetings for concept development and event planning
  • Assist with maintaining department organization, supplies, and equipment
