 Description OverviewWe are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Graphics department in Allegan, MI. It is expected this individual be able to work within a commutable distance to our Allegan, MI office.Scope of the Role
Generate packaging art for a variety of over-the-counter medications and self-care products.
Design artwork based on a variety of inputs: customer direction, engineering dies, marketing direction, and regulatory affairs labeling specifications.
Check artwork for compliance with all labeling requirements and specifications, assuring no deviations. High level of accuracy required.
Follow controlled workflow processes including electronic documentation for each project.

Requirements

• Typically these skills are acquired with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphics/Fine Arts or related field along with 2+ years professional experience
• Must have excellent command of Adobe Creative software including proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong technical proficiency necessary.
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate complex systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to successfully manage multiple projects in electronic workflows to meet deadlines
• Must be able to work within established processes and use standard work instructions
• Ability to conceptualize/brainstorm new ideas

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of multiple print processes preferred
