About The Position

The Graphic Designer will bring our brand to life across digital, print, and social media platforms. Reporting to the Creative Marketing Manager, you'll work on a wide range of projects, from social content and web assets to marketing collateral and brand guidelines. This role offers creative variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how our brand shows up in the world.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, creative problem-solving, and mastery of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and composition
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and working knowledge of Figma
  • Solid understanding of print production processes and file preparation
  • A designer who balances creativity with execution and isn't afraid of bold ideas
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Experience presenting to and collaborating with international stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house, agency, or freelance)
  • Experience in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Salesforce, Iterable etc.)
  • Experience using project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, or similar)

Nice To Haves

  • Background in retail, e-commerce, or multi-disciplinary business environments
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize digital assets for web use, including banners, icons, infographics, and UI elements
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, emails, social and other promotional collateral
  • Design branded documents and communication materials for internal and external audiences
  • Build, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Partner with the marketing team to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently and deliver revisions with professionalism
  • Coordinate with print vendors to ensure proper production specifications and quality output
  • Present design concepts to internal teams with clarity and confidence
  • Other design duties as assigned
