The Graphic Designer I supports the Marketing team by producing high-quality creative assets for digital and print channels. This role focuses on executing design projects with accuracy, maintaining brand standards, and collaborating with senior designers to deliver effective marketing materials. Direct Reports: None HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 20% The Graphic Designer I will develop creative assets that align with brand standards and campaign objectives. This includes producing visually appealing materials for multiple channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms. 20% This role requires versatility in creating a wide range of marketing materials. The designer will work on projects that support promotional campaigns, community initiatives, and internal communications, tailoring designs to meet specific audience needs. 15% The designer will be responsible for preparing final deliverables for both print and digital production. This includes verifying technical specifications, optimizing file formats, and ensuring all assets meet quality standards before release. 15% The Graphic Designer I will uphold brand guidelines in every project, ensuring that typography, color schemes, and visual elements reflect the organization’s identity. Attention to detail is critical to maintain a cohesive brand presence. 10% The role involves supporting senior designers by adapting existing designs for different formats and platforms. This includes resizing graphics, creating alternate versions, and making layout modifications as needed. 10% The designer will manage digital assets by maintaining organized file structures and updating templates. This ensures quick access to resources and supports efficient workflow across the marketing team. 10% The Graphic Designer I will respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner, making necessary adjustments to designs while preserving quality and brand integrity. Strong communication and adaptability are key to success in this responsibility. -- Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the USA PATRIOT Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. This role is accountable for enterprise people strategy and organizational effectiveness. Operational ownership of HR administration, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and regulatory compliance resides with the Vice President of Human Resources Operations.
