About The Position

Perennials and Sutherland, LLC is a leader in the exclusively to-the-trade luxury home furnishings market, specializing in performance textiles, rugs, wallcoverings, and outdoor furniture. For over four decades, we have partnered with the world’s top designers to create distinctive, high-performance products that elevate environments and bring beauty to everyday living. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Creative team, collaborately closely with our team members in the office at the Dallas David Sutherland showroom 3 - 4 days per week. The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating elevated, brand-consistent visual content across print and digital platforms. This role supports marketing, sales, and product development initiatives across furniture, textiles, rugs, and wallcoverings. The ideal candidate brings a refined design sensibility, strong typography skills, and the ability to execute polished creative that reflects our luxury positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
  • 3–4 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and print production
  • Advanced typography expertise with a refined editorial sensibility
  • Experience designing both print and digital materials
  • Experience with video graphics and motion design
  • Possess versatility, conceptual ability, marketing and branding knowledge
  • Refined aesthetic with a luxury/editorial sensibility
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • A creative portfolio that features typography work and creative branding projects

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within luxury, home furnishings, interiors, or lifestyle brands
  • familiarity with web platforms and basic motion/video editing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing collateral including print adverting, catalogs, brochures, presentation decks, and showroom materials
  • Create campaign assets for product launches, trade shows, and events
  • Develop digital content including website graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media assets
  • Assist with product launches, packaging elements, and collection branding
  • Support photo and video shoots, including coordination of photographers and re-touchers
  • Prepare print-ready files and oversee print production quality control
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through final execution while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, marketing team, sales, and product development
