The Graphic Designer will create engaging designs for product packaging, marketing materials, digital campaigns, and brand collateral, ensuring consistency across our portfolio of outdoor brands. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for the outdoor lifestyle.   • Develop visually appealing graphics for product packaging, advertisements, social media, website assets, and trade show materials that align with GSM Outdoors’ brand identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into high-impact designs that resonate with outdoor-enthusiast audiences.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept through final production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met across all platforms.
  • Continuously research and apply design trends, tools, and best practices—especially in the outdoor and sporting goods space to keep GSM Outdoors’ visuals fresh, engaging, and competitive.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
  • Experience designing for outdoor or sporting goods brands.
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering for product visualization.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the outdoor, sporting goods, or lifestyle industry
