Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in signage and large-format print production
  • Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated and installed projects (not digital marketing or web-only design)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with Gerber Omega, Onyx RIP, Thrive RIP, and large-format production workflows
  • Hands-on experience operating large-format printing equipment
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective signage and print solutions
  • Design and produce large-format graphics including:
  • Interior & exterior signage
  • Vehicle wraps
  • Banners
  • Trade show displays
  • Dimensional graphics
  • Prepare client proofs and manage revisions
  • Perform color correction and ensure accurate color reproduction
  • Create production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
  • Operate large-format printers, flatbeds, plotters, cutters, and laminators
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting production deadlines
  • Conduct quality control checks for brand consistency and accuracy
  • Maintain organized project documentation and production specifications
  • Stay current with signage trends, materials, and production technologies
