About The Position

Be part of the creative team behind the most recognized names in gymnastics apparel. In this role you’ll design high-impact creative that captures the energy, performance, and artistry of the sport across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints. Working closely with marketing and product teams, you’ll help translate innovation into compelling visual storytelling that drives engagement and strengthens GK’s position as the leader in gymnastics apparel. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-visibility brands within the Elite Sportswear portfolio, contribute to large-scale campaigns, and see your work come to life across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of graphic design experience.
  • BA in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Portfolio demonstrating an understaning of design principles, visual storytelling, strong layout design, typography, and brand consistency across print and digital assets
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & LightRoom).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confidence to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Experience receiving design feedback constructively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced business
  • Ability to manage projects independently from concept through execution with minimal oversight, while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Confidence making design decisions within established brand systems
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with willingness to jump in where needed
  • Manual dexterity for keyboarding

Responsibilities

  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution (including prepress knowledge, file sizes, formats, load speed considerations, etc. )
  • Support campaign rollouts from concept through final execution ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and creative assets (catalog, email, web, etc.)
  • Execution of annual print collateral with product-heavy layouts (SKU density, colorways, callouts, features/benefits)
  • Translate technical product features into clear, compelling visual communication
  • Bring forward-thinking design ideas that push the creative while staying true to brand guidelines.
  • Support and collaborate on brand photoshoots, contributing to shot list development, on-set support (styling awareness, composition, etc.), and ensuring assets align with campaign vision
  • Basic photo editing and retouching skills (color correction, cropping, asset prep)
  • Knowledge of responsive design best practices across desktop and mobile
  • Adhere to established workflows and procedures to support efficient, cross-functional execution, seamlessly
  • Design email marketing with an understanding of email platform (Attentive, preferred) while understanding build constraints.
  • Prepare and format imagery for e-commerce, retail, and paid media by resizing and cropping to meet channel-specific specifications.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing digital asset libraries
