About The Position

At Church Hill Classics, we’ve proudly handcrafted over two million custom diploma frames, certificate frames, varsity letter frames, and award frames since 1991. Based in Monroe, CT, our female-owned company remains a U.S. leader in premium custom framing—trusted by over 1,500 colleges and universities, honor societies, the U.S. Military, and professional associations. We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to assist in the creation of high-quality visual assets that support Church Hill Classics’ branding and marketing efforts across digital, print, and partner channels. This role has flexible hours, and will easily accommodate a schedule for a parent with school age kids. The ideal candidate will be experienced in translating creative briefs into engaging visual content and will thrive in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and use Microsoft Office programs to create documents, manage spreadsheets, communicate via email, and support general administrative tasks.
  • Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and project coordination abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially when presenting design rationale and feedback.
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as Monday.com and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving and attention to detail in both production and conceptual assignments.
  • Effective in managing creative workflows
  • Strong ability in maintaining brand standards.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred (Will consider years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree)

Responsibilities

  • Translate creative briefs into engaging visual content for digital, social, print, and partner marketing channels.
  • Design and produce assets for email, website, social media, packaging, signage, brochures, and other touchpoints.
  • Maintain and evolve brand visuals for diplomaframe.com, customframes.com, militaryframes.com, Framerly, and partner programs.
  • Use Monday.com to manage creative workflows, timelines, task assignments, and approvals.
  • Apply and maintain brand standards across platforms.
  • Adhere to accessibility standards and licensing considerations for digital and print content.
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT) to support concept development and efficiency.
  • Maintain organized files, templates, and documentation to support creative operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
