Their team focuses on brand development, innovative marketing, and retail strategy with an emphasis on luxury appeal and community-centered values. āœ Role Overview: We are looking for a Freelance Digital Graphic Designer to join a creative team on a contract basis, supporting visual production across ecommerce, email marketing, paid social, and Amazon channels for direct-to-consumer brands. In this role, you will translate brand strategy into high-converting digital assets across multiple touchpoints, collaborating closely with a Creative Director and Art Director to align on campaign goals and delivery schedules. The ideal candidate is comfortable switching between different platform requirements, working with speed and precision on campaign-sensitive deliverables, and maintaining a sharp eye for conversion-focused layout and design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within D2C or ecommerce environments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of design best practices across Amazon, Shopify (or comparable web platforms), and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma; familiarity with Sketch is a plus.
  • Working understanding of performance-driven design principles for paid social, including conversion mechanics, CTA placement, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Shortcut, Jira, and Wipster.
  • Ability to manage a 20-hour weekly workload with consistent attention to detail and quick turnaround on campaign-sensitive assets.
  • Advanced English (C1+)

Responsibilities

  • Design high-impact ecommerce assets including Product Detail Page imagery, homepage banners, landing pages, and UI elements that improve the user journey.
  • Create visually engaging, mobile-responsive email templates and promotional campaigns optimized for click-through performance.
  • Develop Amazon Brand Store and A+ content assets, including infographics, lifestyle imagery, and enhanced brand content to support conversion.
  • Design performance-driven ad creative for Meta, Google Display, and other paid channels, balancing brand aesthetics with CTAs, readability, and hook points.
  • Develop cohesive visual identities for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate directly with the Creative Director and Art Director to align on campaign goals, project timelines, and revision cycles.
