About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support the creation of visually compelling marketing assets across our real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. This role is suited for a detail-oriented designer with strong execution skills who is eager to grow creatively while contributing to high-profile projects. The Graphic Designer develops design assets across digital and print platforms in support of marketing campaigns, social media, sales initiatives, and internal communications. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, this role ensures brand consistency and high-quality visual execution.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, polished design across digital and print.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools (such as generative imagery, layout assistance, or asset enhancement)
  • Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and execute efficiently.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate concepts and ideas into polished visual designs.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Video editing and short-form motion content for social media.
  • Interest in evolving design technologies and AI-driven creative workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, associates, and external partners.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets for digital and print use, including social media graphics, email campaigns, web assets, advertisements, signage, menus, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to concept and execute visual elements for campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Prepare final artwork files for digital publishing and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Assist with basic video editing and motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and PR teams to translate concepts into strong visual executions.
  • Support brand consistency across multiple projects and campaigns.
  • Support social media and content initiatives with on-brand graphic elements and templates.
  • Assist with layout design for presentations, internal communications, and sales materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders and management.
  • Maintain organized design files and digital asset libraries.
  • Incorporate emerging design tools, including AI-assisted platforms, to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
