About The Position

The Graphic Designer will support the Owala brand by executing high-quality creative work across digital, web, social, and marketing channels. This role collaborates closely with the Art Director, designers, and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life while maintaining strong brand consistency and visual excellence. This role is ideal for a designer who is confident in their craft, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to contribute to a fast-growing, design-forward brand. The Graphic Designer balances creativity with execution—bringing ideas to life while meeting deadlines and production requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and marketing-focused work.
  • Strong design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Ability to execute within established brand standards while contributing creative ideas and solutions.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms such as websites, social media, e-commerce, and digital advertising.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.
  • Comfortable working within production schedules and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to rough out concepts through sketches or mood boards and carry ideas through to polished execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of photography or video production support, 3D rendering, modeling, motion, or AI image tools is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creative assets across digital, web, social media, e-commerce, and marketing channels.
  • Support integrated campaigns through the development of brand-aligned visuals, layouts, and design systems.
  • Create digital-ready assets with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and cross-functional partners to translate creative direction into polished execution.
  • Design digital advertisements, web banners, social content, sales collateral, and other marketing assets as needed.
  • Participate in discovery and scope discussions to understand creative objectives and project requirements.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining brand integrity and creative quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay curious and engaged with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve creative output.
