About The Position

Stengel Hill is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer to support the development of visual materials across our architectural projects and marketing initiatives. This role will focus on producing high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets that communicate design intent, project timelines, and brand standards.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting the marketing team and firmwide marketing efforts, including proposals (RFPs), presentations, and other branded materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), including creation of interactive PDF documents and the ability to utilize generative AI tools appropriately within design workflows
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with layout-heavy document production (InDesign)
• Familiarity with floor plans or technical drawings

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry (preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

• Create graphic schedules, diagrams, and visual materials to support project work
• Develop colorized floor plans and graphics using Adobe Illustrator
• Recreate and convert client logos and branding assets as needed
• Produce and format data sheets and project documents using Adobe InDesign
• Place and manage images, PDFs, and other assets within layouts
• Prepare interactive PDF documents for internal and client use
• Perform basic photo editing in Adobe Photoshop (color correction, cropping, resizing)
• Maintain organized files and ensure consistency with brand standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate technical information into clear visuals
