About The Position

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms. Your primary objective will be to create compelling and innovative designs that effectively convey our message and engage our target audience. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop visual assets that align with strategic goals and brand guidelines. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, attractive visuals. Ultimately, your work will enhance brand recognition and contribute to the overall success of our marketing and communication efforts. The Graphic designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers while enhancing brand identity. Will use design software to create images and layouts for a variety of media, including print, web, and social media.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience as Graphic Designer
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sora for AI videos, and Adobe animate or blender
  • Must have a knack for creating inviting color schemes, choosing or creating eye-catching fonts and knowing how to catch people’s attention with their work
  • Knowledge of color, composition, and typography
  • Ability to use design software programs like Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Artistic ability and creativity to develop visual concepts
  • Help make design choices, such as fonts and colors, for all content your company will use
  • Excellent communication skills - The ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices
  • Work with other creative team members to produce content and see projects to completion

Responsibilities

  • Branding: Create and maintain brand identities, including logos, typography, and color palettes
  • Design: Create layouts and production designs for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and reports
  • Packaging: Design product packaging
  • Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media, including logos, web graphics, packaging, and brand identity materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain consistency in design and brand standards across all visual communications.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Discuss and determine project scope with sales, product development and marketing team
  • Select colors, typefaces, and other elements
  • Use software to create visual designs that reflect the brand or the client's preferred style
