What you will be doing: Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print including ads, brochures, email campaigns, social media graphics, landing pages, presentations, and trade show materials Maintain and evolve brand standards across all platforms Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives Prepare final files for production, ensuring accuracy in layout, formatting, and specifications Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives Assist with photo editing, basic video graphics, and motion assets when needed Ensure all materials reflect a consistent and professional brand presence Experience you will need: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required) Working knowledge of web design principles and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to receive and apply feedback
