We have more than 500 team members across multiple offices, primarily in Calabasas CA, San Diego CA, Woodridge IL, Minneapolis, MN and Pleasanton, CA. We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe. We are looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic graphic designer with video experience who understands e-commerce and possesses a proven ability to create engaging ads across multiple channels, including social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of design experience. The successful candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates strong sense of branding, aesthetic proficiency, problem solving skills, unique concepts, outstanding typography and the creation of compelling ad campaigns. Creativity and a passion to present unique ideas are highly appreciated. Must possess advanced digital production/retouching skills to succeed in a deadline sensitive environment. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates much be local to or willing to relocate to the Calabasas area as we operate on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of design experience.
  • Excellent typography skills, a great eye for color, layout and details.
  • A thorough understanding of branding and its application in advertising campaigns.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and execution of good design.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high-quality work.
  • Must be a self-motivator, possessing the ability to work effectively with little supervision.
  • Active on various social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, with a good understanding of their respective audience preferences and content formats.
  • Basic understanding of photography and using a DSLR camera.
  • Photoshop skills: Advanced
  • Illustrator Skills: Advanced

Nice To Haves

  • Premiere Pro Skills: a plus (or other video editing software).
  • AI tools: a plus (familiarity with image generation)

Responsibilities

  • Concept and execute within each brand’s standards.
  • Quickly gain an understanding of the brands and audience to execute conceptual and strategic design work, including tailoring ad content for TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.
  • Create high-quality digital ads, social content and promotional videos optimized for various platforms.
  • Work closely with Art Director, merchandising and marketing to ensure optimal outcome for final materials.
  • Collaborate on implementation of paid marketing A/B tests to increase sales performance and improve customer experience.
  • Proactively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables and assets.
  • Assist the Art Director and project coordinator with the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.
