About The Position

The Graphic Designer supports the hospital’s brand and marketing initiatives through creative direction, graphic design, and production across internal and external communications. This role partners with marketing leadership, project coordinators, and a range of internal and external creative and production vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand visual storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related advertising field is required.
  • Minimum of three years graphic design and art direction experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Design a range of visual materials including print and digital ads, billboards, brochures, annual reports, and posters.
  • Apply core graphic design principles while consistently maintaining Woman’s Hospital’s corporate brand and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the in-house print shop and external vendors to communicate project specifications, timelines, and quality expectations, including participation in press checks as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while proactively communicating status updates, challenges, and potential production issues to supervisors, project coordinators, and vendors.
