About The Position

Nashville SC is looking for a Graphic Designer who can think big, execute fast, and elevate the creative output of a team that’s already in motion. This role sits within a high-performing creative group responsible for shaping the visual identity of Nashville SC, Huntsville City FC, and GEODIS Park. We’re looking for a designer who brings ideas to the table, takes ownership of projects, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, photography and photo-editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality or creativity.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a creative professional; experience in sports, entertainment, or culture-driven brands is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, photo editing, and campaign work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
  • Strong photography and photo-editing experience (Lightroom required).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Clear communication with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Understanding of soccer culture and Major League Soccer is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute creative work across digital, social, print, in-stadium, and environmental platforms for Nashville SC, Huntsville City FC, and GEODIS Park.
  • Contribute original ideas that help push the brand forward, not just execute assigned tasks.
  • Update and maintain templated graphics with accuracy while also elevating them when opportunities arise.
  • Support the creation of sales decks, signage, maps, and operational materials throughout the stadium and campus.
  • Collaborate daily with marketing, ticketing, merchandise, operations, and partnerships teams.
  • Execute projects across brand development, campaigns, promotions, social content, email, web, digital channels, and in-venue experiences.
  • Capture and edit photography as needed, including matchday, events and media days.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with Nashville SC brand standards while continuing to evolve the brand through thoughtful design.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Be flexible and available to support matchdays, events, and key moments, including evenings and weekends as needed.
