Graphic Designer – Email & Digital Marketing Require a BFA or 2 years of experience in a graphic design position. 5-10 portfolio pieces required. Design Software • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Experience using Adobe Photoshop for photo editing, retouching, and image adjustments. • Ability to create and edit vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator. • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign for page layout, print materials, and multi-page documents. Email Marketing • Familiar with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar. • Experience designing responsive emails with an understanding of HTML/CSS constraints and best practices for cross-device and cross-client compatibility. • Demonstrate ability to balance creativity with performance, using data and testing insights (A/B testing, engagement metrics) to improve design decisions. Design Fundamentals • Understanding of core design principles including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and color theory. • Ability to create visually balanced and engaging designs for both print and digital formats. • Knowledge of branding consistency and maintaining visual standards across projects. Communication & Collaboration • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into visual concepts. • Strong communication skills for explaining design choices and receiving feedback. • Comfortable collaborating with team members and iterating designs based on feedback. Organization & Workflow • Strong organizational skills, including managing digital assets and following file-naming conventions. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across projects.
