About The Position

Role Overview: The Graphic Designer independently develops high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms, supporting client marketing initiatives and internal projects. This role executes full website homepage designs, brand packages, marketing collateral, and campaign assets with minimal supervision. The Designer collaborates closely with the Creative Director, project managers, strategists, content writers, and developers to ensure work aligns with brand standards, marketing objectives, accessibility guidelines, and production requirements. The Graphic Designer balances creative thinking with executional precision, manages multiple projects simultaneously, applies feedback effectively, and contributes meaningful creative insight to campaigns and client initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, branding systems, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience preparing production-ready files for both web development and print.
  • Ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and, when appropriate, clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively.
  • Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand consistency, and execution across multiple formats.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of web design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Independently design layouts, full website homepages, logo packages, social media content, digital ads, and other marketing materials aligned with client goals and brand standards.
  • Translate creative direction into polished, production-ready deliverables for developers and print vendors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing strategists, content writers, web developers, and leadership to deliver cohesive and effective creative solutions.
  • Contribute strategic creative input during campaign planning and concept development.
  • Ensure adherence to brand consistency, accessibility standards, and marketing best practices across all projects.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing deadlines, revisions, and evolving client needs.
  • Prepare files for web and print production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality control.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to enhance deliverables and internal workflows.
