Requirements

• Min of 3 - 4 years designing for DTC or consumer-facing brands
• A standout portfolio that flexes real digital, brand, and marketing swagger
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma
• Strong visual instincts paired with smart marketing sensibilities
• Organized, proactive, collaborative energy
• Clear communicator who's comfortable bouncing ideas and taking direction
• A vibe-friendly comfort level with playful, nature-inspired creative concepts
• You must have 3+ years of real-world digital design experience, ideally crafting lifestyle or DTC brands, collaborating in a creative ad agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Turn graphic design into eye-catching assets across web, social, email, packaging, and campaigns
• Help evolve a bold, modern visual identity with a playful edge
• Brainstorm, concept, and support photo + video shoots
• Collaborate closely with creative, growth, product, and ops teams
• Bring fresh ideas, trend awareness, and thoughtful design thinking to every project
• Contribute to special launches, sub-brands, and creative experiments
• Add personality, joy, and originality to every asset you touch
• Refresh and expand brand toolkit with new concepts, visuals, and creative inspiration
