The Opportunity: We’re looking for someone with strong graphic design skills who is also comfortable leading our social media and website management in partnership with our marketing team. You will use your keen eye for design and refined style to build equity across our companies – Areté Collective, Denton House Design Studio, and development projects. As an essential member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide creative direction and thorough execution while building powerful brands through the creation of digital and print campaigns, social media templates, presentation decks, and web design updates. By collaborating with our Corporate and Development marketing teams, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing marketing materials that promote a strong brand identity.? Our ideal candidate is strategic, highly creative, self-starting, detail-oriented, and works well in fast-paced, multi-faceted environments with many different types of projects running concurrently. They should have a strong knowledge of graphic design and social media strategy, digital brand-building techniques, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design required
  • Minimum 5 years of Graphic Design experience
  • Experience working for a luxury brand required - Interior Design or Luxury Real Estate experience and/or Development preferred
  • Strong working experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and WordPress
  • Strong writing, organizational, project management, and time management skills?
  • Ability to take on a variety of roles simultaneously and manage shifting priorities?
  • Strong communication and presentation skills –verbal, written, and visually
  • Autonomous and self-sufficient, can take instruction and easily run with it to completion
  • Must be willing to work onsite in the office

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator to produce high-quality marketing and brand materials
  • Create digital assets, including pitch decks, templates, sales collateral, e-newsletters, and advertisements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute our brand identity
  • Develop and implement the social media strategy for our brands, alongside the marketing team
  • Manage web changes on Areté Collective and Denton House websites, and assist with development sites
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Report to the Corporate Marketing Director, with opportunity for growth as the company expands
