About The Position

The Graphic Designer position at Sanford Health is a production-focused role within the marketing graphic design team. This role is responsible for developing and executing creative solutions that effectively target patient segments while upholding the Sanford brand. The designer will produce various collateral materials and collaborate with the design and marketing teams to conceptualize and deliver appropriate solutions for a diverse audience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, commercial art, industrial illustration, fine arts, or a related field.
• Two years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of digital photography, printing production, and web design.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HTML/web site design and layout.
• Familiarity with color, typestyles, composition, and illustration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative solutions for various distribution channels targeting patient segments.
• Produce collateral materials including advertisements, newsletters, brochures, forms, and posters.
• Collaborate with the design team and marketing team to conceptualize and produce solutions for target audiences.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project needs.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management.
