The T/A Services Graphic Designer Sr is responsible for making our billboard and digital advertisements SHINE. The Transit & Airport Senior Graphic Designer position creates highly customized, high-concept sales pitch renderings, presentations, national and local proposal responses, training materials, and revenue-generating designs for the Transit and Airport Division, all while upholding Lamar’s design quality standards. This position also provides special project design support, including high-profile new product, inventory, and market RFP launches. This position will regularly interface with and provide project management updates to the Creative Director of Transit & Airport Services, Local and National Account Sales Teams, Marketing, and Transit and Airport Management. A day in the life: Serve as project manager and lead designer on assigned Transit & Airport (T&A) sales and marketing initiatives, as directed by the T&A Creative Director. Lead projects from initial intake through final delivery by consulting with internal stakeholders to assess sales support needs, providing strategic design recommendations, establishing timelines, managing workflow, and proactively communicating status updates. Exercise independent judgment and moderate decision-making authority to ensure projects are completed on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives. Restore and enhance sales presentations and market renderings for use in sales, marketing, and acquisition efforts. In support of the National Sales Team, coordinate RFP proposal artwork, collaborate with requesting stakeholders, and provide consistent deadline and status updates to ensure timely submission. Develop and deliver high-level design support for Transit and Airport sales and marketing materials, including sales presentations, custom-branded media kits, ad hoc sales slides, renderings, email communications, social media assets, training materials, and new airport or market launch materials, ensuring on-time delivery. Partner with the National Sales Team and local market contributors to develop cohesive graphic design responses for multi-market Transit and Airport proposals. Create conceptual artwork aligned with client brand standards for national, regional, and local sales initiatives, and respond to Transit and Airport design requests with timely, high-quality deliverables. Maintain expertise in advanced design, photo restoration, and video/motion software, while monitoring industry and advertising trends to deliver premium, forward-thinking creative solutions. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Creative Director and T&A Leadership. Physical Demands and Work Environment: The primary work environment is an office.
