Requirements

  • Proven experience AND passion in / for the signage and large-format print industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing fabricated and installed projects (not web/digital-only work)
  • Experience with creating logo and font design
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Gerber Omega, Onyx RIP, Thrive RIP, and production workflows
  • Hands-on experience operating large-format printing equipment
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or related field) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective signage and print solutions
  • Design and produce large-format graphics, including:
  • Interior & exterior signage
  • Vehicle wraps
  • Banners
  • Trade show displays
  • Dimensional graphics
  • Prepare client proofs and manage revisions
  • Perform color correction and ensure accurate color output
  • Create production-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software
  • Operate large-format equipment (printers, flatbeds, plotters, cutters, laminators)
  • Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines
  • Conduct quality control checks for accuracy and brand consistency
  • Maintain organized project files and production specs
  • Stay current on signage trends, materials, and technologies
