Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Collaborative mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Figma, web design tools, PowerPoint, and basic UX/UI principles preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visual assets for digital, web, social, and print campaigns.
  • Apply principles of layout, color, typography, and composition to deliver clear and engaging visuals.
  • Ensure creative work aligns with brand standards, regulatory guidelines, and project timelines.
  • Edit and refine design assets based on feedback from senior team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to web and digital design projects, leveraging tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage internal file organization and asset libraries to maintain easy access and version control.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and delivery teams in a multi-project environment, adapting to changing priorities.
