About The Position

We’re hiring a detail-oriented, technically-minded Graphic Designer to support one of our clients—a licensed producer for the Black+Decker brand. This role focuses heavily on product packaging design , where precision, consistency, and structure take center stage. This isn’t a creative concepting position—it’s perfect for someone who thrives on following brand guidelines , executing spec-driven designs, and producing high-quality rendered packaging ready for production .

Requirements

• Strong experience in graphic design for product packaging
• Proficiency in Keyshot or similar rendering software (e.g. V-Ray, Blender, Lumion, Maxwell Render, SolidWorks Visualize)
• Comfortable with non-creative, spec-based work
• Prior experience in physical packaging design (especially for boxes is a big plus)
• Strong skills in rendering, lighting, and template-based execution
• Organized, tech-savvy, and works well independently
• Enjoys repetitive tasks and sticking to established processes

• Familiarity with packaging production processes

Responsibilities

• Design packaging for tools and appliances.
• Follow brand guidelines and technical briefs with high accuracy
• Create 3D renderings using Keyshot or similar software
• Work with technical spec sheets and spreadsheets to ensure detail alignment
• Maintain visual and structural consistency across a high volume of projects
