BIG PICTURE: Dhar Mann Studios is seeking a talented Graphic Designer who specializes in creating high-quality pitch deck presentations . The ideal candidate has a strong design background, an eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to deliver polished decks that are both persuasive and visually compelling. This role requires someone who can work full-time on our projects, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines with quick turnarounds.

Requirements

• Technical Design Expertise Strong command of design software: PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or similar).
• Ability to produce professional, presentation-ready layouts optimized for multiple formats.
• Sales Deck Structuring & Storytelling Deep understanding of persuasive deck structure: clear opening, narrative arc, supporting evidence, and strong close.
• Skilled in refining slide content for maximum clarity and impact.
• Ability to collaborate on messaging and craft a visual journey aligned with strategic goals.
• Visual Storytelling & Emotional Design Modern, sophisticated design aesthetic that conveys trust and ambition.
• Ability to leverage imagery, typography, and layout to tell an emotional story—not just decorate slides.
• Experienced in designing infographics and data visuals, with the judgment to know when to simplify.
• Turnaround & Commitment Ability to provide quick turnarounds and revisions within deadlines.
• Dedicated to working full-time on projects for fast, high-quality delivery.
• experience working with large brands (must have)

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver clean, polished layouts for both live presentations and PDF distribution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content flow and ensure clarity, impact, and persuasiveness.
• Translate strategic messaging into compelling visual storytelling that resonates with audiences.
• Create infographics, data visualizations, and emotional design elements to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all designs maintain a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that communicates trust and ambition.
• Provide fast turnarounds and revisions within stipulated timelines to meet project deadlines.
• Test decks for consistency, readability, and technical quality across multiple formats.
