About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and support the execution of marketing initiatives under the direction of the Director, Marketing & Communications. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets and coordinating day-to-day marketing activities that support regional and brand-focused initiatives, including campaigns, events, customer communications and internal projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong design portfolio, a solid understanding of brand standards, and the ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, effective communications across digital, print, and internal channels. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and program support.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with exposure to marketing communications and B2B environments preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, marketing collateral, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint; familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to follow strategic direction while contributing ideas and creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce branded materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, trade show assets, digital content, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing and communications projects, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Apply established corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency across marketing materials and channels.
  • Support campaign and event execution by coordinating timelines, organizing assets, and assisting with trade show and promotional needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners such as agencies, vendors, printers, and promotional suppliers to execute assigned creative and marketing projects.
  • Assist with formatting, editing, and updating marketing communications materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with approved messaging.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Prepare final files for digital and print production, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral, presentations, and shared asset libraries as business needs evolve.
