We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in bringing our brand vision to life through compelling, innovative, and high-quality design across multiple platforms. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and digital teams to create impactful assets that elevate brand identity, engage customers, and support business objectives. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong portfolio, a strategic mindset, and at least 6 years of professional experience in a creative or marketing-driven environment.

  • Create and evolve visual assets that align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Ensure all designs reinforce brand identity across print, digital, packaging, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, digital campaigns, email templates, social media graphics, web assets, event collateral, and product packaging.
  • Translate complex concepts into clean, visually engaging layouts.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to align visuals with messaging.
  • Partner with the Creative Director to conceptualize and execute campaigns from ideation through final production.
  • Work with external vendors, photographers, and printers to ensure high-quality production outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and detail.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign kick-offs.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technology to continually enhance the creative process.
  • Review, proof, and refine materials before release to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Uphold brand integrity across all external and internal design touchpoints.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or luxury/lifestyle product industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Experience with digital platforms including web, email, and social media.
  • Proficient with motion graphics, photography, or video editing.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling, animation, and AI design tools a plus.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
