Graphic Designer II Job Responsibilities Creates graphic design for multiple Resorts World properties and when tasked, other Genting projects and properties. Contributes to the development and production of collateral material including, emails, direct mail, internal signage, and paid advertising. Essential Duties/Core Competencies Create both paid and organic collateral consisting of multimedia design, on property communication, email blasts, social media posts, print ads, and additional advertising efforts as needed. Create compelling, well thought out, and unique design while adhering to brand guidelines. Report to the Advertising Manager. Utilize our project management software to organize and receive creative work requests. Further, leveraging the PMIS and Advertising Traffic Specialist to deliver creative requests on time. Engage in professional development as needed to stay current in communication design, and design-related computer hardware and software needs. Attend team training as provided. Work collaboratively with design team and align with department leadership on cultivating a positive, uplifting, transparent work environment where everyone feels comfortable getting creative and sharing ideas/thoughts. Work/Educational Experience Must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school or equivalent diploma and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations. Working knowledge of UX/UI design, Adobe Suite, After Effects, HTML, and CSS. Experience with web-building software is a plus! Experience and knowledge of multimedia design and email development strongly encouraged Ability to provide a portfolio of work that has driven consumer behavior through deep insights, strong branding, and innovative execution. Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR Five (5) years’ related publication or graphic designer work and/or educational experience Two (2) years’ related publication or graphic designer work Essential Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily. Strong organizational skills to stay within defined timelines for projects and to work with multiple deadlines both short and long term. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Mac-based software. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required walk, and occasionally required to bend and kneel. Essential responsibilities include moderate physical ability such as lift or maneuver at least thirty (30) pounds, and varied instances of standing/walking. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability: Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request.
